Each year many exporters shows interest in buying the coffee from this
region. It even got a special name for how busy they can be during the
season – “hot place of a year”.
Eyasu and Marta are very good in coffee analysis and processing
management. At the time of harvesting, they always guide the local
labourers to pick only fully ripened red cherries from the coffee trees and
then they transfer the cherries into the water to separate (density
separation) the good quality (Grade 1) from the light (floaters).
